By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms and conditions and iNextz.com will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL
1.1. By placing an order with iNextz.com, you automatically accept all the below listed terms and conditions whether you read them or not.
1.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. You are expected to read all terms and conditions before placing every order to ensure sure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
1.3. You will only use the iNextz.com services in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/facebook/twitter/youtube/other social media site as stated in their individual terms and conditions page.
1.4. iNextz.com rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. iNextz.com does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and iNextz.com will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
1.5. iNextz.com tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our providers/suppliers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
1.6. iNextz.com will not be responsible for any damages you or your business might suffer.
1.7. iNextz.com is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or other social media platforms.
2. SERVICE
2.1. Order will be deliver within 3 to 4 working days of default time frame . This time frame only applies to small order, bigger order requires more time to complete, as advised by our staff.
2.2. iNextz.com will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your Appearance only.
2.3. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
2.4. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts profile will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
2.5. You will not upload anything including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
2.6. Private accounts/post would not a get a refund. Please ensure that your account/post is public before ordering.
2.7. We will not provide any service for scamming or illegal activities. No refund will be given if found guilty.
2.8. Every likes count will based on the record of the order or invoice. Likes replacement can only be replaced when the number of likes drops below the total ordered.
2.9. Any requirements such as quick complete/link seperation /emergency stop/ etc will be subject to additional fees.
3.0. While the operation are still in processing, client must not make any like purchase from the 3rd party seller because it may create dispute and confusion. iNextz.com will not take any responsibility and no refund will be made.
3.1 No replacement/refill will be given if the dropped likes/followers are provided by your previous likes/follower seller.
3.2 You are advise to stop all Ads Boosting while order is processing. This is to avoid unnecessary confusion and arguments.
3.3 Every likes/follower/comment/views count will be based on our order record. We will not entertain with reason such as “is my friend likes, this comes from my own fan” etc. In order to answer to this kind of accusation, iNextz.com reserve the right to withdraw every added likes/follower/comment/views and terminate your order without any refunds.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1. Refunds are only available if the result are caused by us, such as the ordered service are not available. Other reason will not be entertain.
3.2. Payment which are made to Paypal will only refund the amount after deducting paypal transaction fees or any fees applied.
3.3. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason.
3.4. Refund process will take up to 7 days.
3.5. Orders placed in iNextz.com cannot be refunded or canceled after they are placed.
3.6. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
3.7. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you accurate number of followers/likes in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
4.1 This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
